POOR SERVICE :( !!!!!!

My internet has been off since Sunday. I reached out to an agent to get my service up again but they have been of no help. I've been with them over 4 years! I've been requesting a single link in order to get my internet working again. These agents are putting me on hold and not resolving anything. I'm disgusted with this service. Day for with no internet and no help at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!
