Poor service

I have not had internet for the past 3 days I have reported the issue and all the keep telling me is that my matter has been escalated no technician has been sent to assist. I am a nursing student heading toward my midterm exams and I have assignments to write I am so frustrated because I am not behind in payment and I have reported this issue as I needed it resolved as soon as possible they have very poor service. This is not the first time I’m experiencing this and the time I told them I want to cancel they threatened to charge me 1000 for cancellation for their bad service and network connectivity I have been complaining to them over WhatsApp about their services it’s horrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
