Poor service

There service is poor I've spent 3 consecutive days trying to get hold of there support via telephone and whatapp. I've spent hundreds of Rands of airtime trying to get hold of anything, sitting more than 2 hours at a time waiting for someone to answer and all I want to do is switch my isp from my previous home to my new one. Very poor service.
