Poor Service

Been on chat for 8 hours to get my account sorted because of a billing fault which is on there end.

Now no internet, unable to work, loss of income.

The transfer me back and forth between departments.

Now I'm unable to chat to anyone to get my issue sorted you can't phone them only for sale but not for support. This is pathetic, probably run by ANC...

Now I need to sit, wait and play with my thumbs till they decide to help jeez... Is there any company in South Africa that actually services the people.
