Poor service

Webafrica are useless they dont answer their calls. They have a WhatsApp service which will contact an agent who took 75 minutes to answer me. Answering questions with intervals of 10 to 12 minutes. I have a credit with them of R251.00 but capped my data. It took them 48 hours to get met back online. Poor service after 10 years.
