Poor service

I have requested on the 30th October 2025 that we are moving and an order has been put through with Web Africa. It has now been 2 weeks and still no update. They said that Openserve will do the installation. I have spoken to Openserve and according to them a transfer should only take a week. Unfortunately Openserve cannot give me an update and only Webafrica can.

We never had any problems with webafrica up until now. This is ridiculous that we have to wait this long for a transfer, and with no communication.
