Poor service

I had an issue with no internet for two weeks now when you log a call you are taken from pillar to post and at the end of the day issue is not solved. What is worse about this case came end of the months they production is moving on they want money for the service that was not provided. Am just so disappointed with the service. What made me surprise is when they told me this 'the person who have access of Vodacom is off today' I was just finished in this day an age we still get companies saying especial now with this pendamic that we are leaving we are really in a reactive society.....
