POOR SERVICE

Webafrica has the worst customer service I ever encountered. Their website states that they are operating normal during this lockdown, however no one answers the phone. The whatspp live chat is a total waste as it keeps saying their agents are busy. I purchased a top up bundle 3 days ago, I still have not received the data. My account was debited on the same day. Their website again states it will take up to 12 hours which clearly is not the case. My support ticket was closed without any feedback. I want my account credited !
