Poor service!!

So I app**** for fiber with webafrica. When I try to chat to your option number 3 on whatsapp to get an update on my order NO ONE accepts the chat! But when I choose option 4 to speak to sales quickly I'm connected to a sales agent who puts me through to provisioning who again doesn't accept the chat!! Whole day yesterday I've been trying to chat to an agent with NO SUCCESS!! but the R499 debited!! Still no service?!? I Have an ONT box installed I have a router I just need the ISP but I'm starting to regret choosing Webafrica!!
