Poor, rotten service

I am terribly upset with Webafrica. They dare to try and deuct money from my account for a service to which I still have no access to. Thsy take on average 5 hpurs to connect you to someone that might be able to help you. When they do eventually answer, they cannot assist you fully, oe not at all.
