Poor response from Web Africa

Refer DPS02. My payments keep on failing since beginning of my service and I have raised 2 tickets for this with WebAfrica. They have agreed to change my payments to Debit Order on 3rd August. To date nothing has come off my account yet. Today they suspended my service. Getting hold of them via WhatsApp is nearly impossible. They just do not reply. Been holding on for over an hour now
