Poor quality and service.

Zero, that is the rating for this company, brand new fibre installation, first 24 hours everything works, then its starts with poor network throughput, some site will not load at all, checking DNS and connectivity and everything is up, finally after multiple router reboots and restore to factory settings, finally give up and ask tech support why my VPN is not working. It's like talking to grade 1 chat bot, same response is copy and pasted over and over again with no resolution, switch my connection to a LTE service and everything works as it should on what should be a poorer connection. Interaction via WhatsApp and online chat form is extremely slow and tedious, each response takes between 5 and 10 minutes and sometimes 18 minutes.
