Poor poor service! They never stick to what they say but quickly to deduct money

Poor poor service! We had fibre with them so we wanted to move and change the deal since it’s not available where we are, we paid for the new deal till today no proper communication, they not picking up calls nothing it’s actually a month now without wifi!!!!they just sending sms saying it will be installed before the 3rd of may but we app**** beginning of the month. So I tried apply for my sister they said they will call within 2 days they never called
