Poor poor service

I have been trying to get my internet service activated but instead of getting assistance I am being ping ponged from agent to agent on the WhatsApp chat that supposed to make things easier. Which each agent asking me the same info over and over again. It’s really frustrating after sending me an email saying the service is active and I keep telling you it’s not. I am highly disappointed in your level of service asking a paying customer to be doing your work for you.
