Poor poor service

Frustrating communication lines and extremely poor customer service. No one can give me a proper answer and no one has the ability to put me through to a manager and then put the phone down in my ear. Absolutely shocking. Whats app , Facebook, telephone line channels up to ..... Waiting for a product after the aloud business days for delivery and seemingly not even logged by the initial agent
