poor poor service

I took a fiber subscription at webafrica in September... but its terrible it reconnecting every 2min so my pc cant work with it and it is not getting picked up by my laptop and when you talk to them on whats up they tri to tell me how i must fix it and im at work......... you get no suport from them at all but they whant payment
