POOR POOR CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY

My Fibre Line went down yesterday 19/10/2021 @5:30pm, i tried to used the WhatsApp line to get an agent to assist !!! WOW !!!!!!! NOW THATS SOOO SPEEDY, TILL DATE 20TH OCTOBER 08:37AM I am yet to receive assistance or get to get in touch with an agent. I tried calling your customer support line and WOW!!! There is no Tech Support after 6pm, I Guess Fibre doesn't got down after 6pm.

I tried calling this morning, waiting on the line for 45Mins, still no answer haven't spoken to anyone neither have i been assisted.

But you guys timeously debit my account religiously
