Poor / Non existent service

Surely can't complain about service if there is none. It's been going on for months now, only to receive an EMAIL that I will be listed on the credit bureau. I've sent endless messages and emails, no feedback. I app**** for adsl months ago, someone came to test the line, that's it, nothing was ever INSTALLED as there was already a line installed as well as my OWN router, now claiming I have to pay for a router. Wow, try getting hold of them on whats app as they suggest, you struggle for hours just to be cancelled again. I've had it with web africa with their poor service. You can not get hold of them via telephone at all, they only contacted me via email never ever telephonically. How will this be resolved???????????????
