POOR NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM @WEBAFRICA

I had contacted multiple times in various platforms but no response. I'm regretting ever signing up with @webafrica as this is the most poorest and nonexistent customer service I have experienced. I have experienced poor customer service but this is the worst non existent. I was recommending them to multiple people and even helped some already signup. All I requested is snupdate on installation and no response. The phone number call center agents are rude and just place you you on hold. STAY AWAY FROM @WEBAFRICA LOOK AT ALTERNATIVE ISP'S.
