Poor network on 20/20 line

Forced to migrate to Webafrica in my area and was so happy with our previous provider bitco. Now everything is slow and ******* and it's unacceptable. I had no issues with throttling or shaping. Now I can't even stream a single video without buffering. Canceling Subscription
