Poor management, excellent staff at Webafrica

This is a mixed review. The business is supposed to be an internet service provider. It does not provide service. The support system - well- it took 4 days the first time I tried last month for their Whatsapp support team to contact me. So I was pleasantly surprised when it took only 24 hours this last weekend. The person who answered needs a 10/10 rating. He was amazing. Patient with this old lady, repeating, waiting while I took ages to do anything. But we solved my problem thanks to him. I do feel very sorry for excellent workers like that who have to work for such a dreadfully poorly managed company. The next issue was to write a good review for Sinethemba Ngqokwe. None of the pages work!! So the poor man goes unrecognized.
