POOR INTERNET SPEEDS (FIBRE)

For months now I have poor internet FIBRE speeds. I pay for a 20mbps line but to date my speed tests indicate a connection speed of 0-4mbps line.

I demand an explanation when this will be fixed as for months I have been paying for a 20mbps line. Whats the point paying so much if we end up with a standard connection for months????

Please fix or refund me my monies.
