Poor internet provider

If there was a lower rating I would have chosen it, very easy to sign but not so easy to get actual service, did not have any kind of internet services for the 4 months I used them and trying to get help is like pulling teeth All the consultants remained professional and friendly but that seemed to be the span of their help, when the contract was eventually stopped I was charged R2000 for equipment I never got to use
