Poor Hosting performance and service

I host a small [URL Removed] application at Web Africa. A little while ago the performance started to deteriorate. A Technician said the site was hosted on 'one of the old servers' and they will monitor it: maybe it should be moved.<br> <br> Weeks later, and the problem is gradually getting worse, to the point where the application is unreliable. I get at best poor response on the 'tickets' I have logged. No action plan is forthcoming to improve my situation, which means I will have to move my site, and essentially forfeit the annual hosting fee I paid in advance :-(<br> <br> I would not recommend hosting any site here.
