POOR FIBRE SERVICE NEVER SIGN UP WITH WEBAFRICA

i paid for my fibre on the 28th jan , they installed on the 3rd feb 2020 and im still waitiing on my Username and password today is the 11th feb , and my account to be credited, ive been trying to contact them via telephone , no answer cant get through to no1, Whatsapp chat service , everyone is completely usesless, via email after logging multiple tickets, one agent will say your details will be sent shortly , the next agent will blame vuma tell they need to send the details as its done remotely , and the last agent i dealt with tells me my account is pending, my neighbor signed up with afrihost Wednesday, installed Friday and details was sent , i cant understand i'm an existing customer and its taking them 15 days to send my details , this is simply pathetic service
