Poor Fibre service

By far THE WORST fibre service provider I have ever dealt with! Only communication is through chat, & Bots. Your competitors have customer service agents we can actually talk to. And unfortunately for me you are the only provider in this area & it sucks! Nobody should pay this business any money if you have a choice.
