Poor fiber after sale service

Customer service that does not exist.

I have a 20/20 Mbps fibre and paying for it. If a do a speedtest I get 10/10 speed. Logeed so manny support calls, which get closed and nothing done.

The whatsapp group is a dissater. They never call back
