Poor disgusting service
Internet been down since 21/11/2025 09:26 . Trying to reach them via Willie-the-bot is the pits, totally waste of time. The agent will keep you hanging long enough until the chat end on itself. This is utter nonsense, annoying and frustrating better . I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

I have gone through most of the reviews and Webafrica doesn’t even reply to the complaints. Please on the 31 November 2025 I will make sure that your debit order bounces because what nonsense is this. Disgusting service

23 Nov 2025, 09:36So now I just got logged ticket because all of a sudden the fault is individual and O got to wait for 24-72 more to get the issue resolved. The whole weekend with no internet this is absurd and totally annoying. Very very poor service
