Poor, disgusting and pathetic customer service😠😠

I have been trying to get help from you guys from last week already and it seems as if I am talking to bunch of *********** people. I just want you to go and debit my account as my services were cancelled and was not called or notified about that I just picked up that my internet was down. I haven't seen a business that's relying on Whatsapp,you call and you don't get answered the only thing that you will hear is we are currently busy right now why don't you use our SUPER DUPA WHAT'S APP.You still don't get help on that stupid whats app you will be told to grab a cup of coffee while they trying to connect you of which that will take another 10-15 minutes or more. I really don't know,as we speak I am holding for a past 40 minutes and the call continues.Very *********** people you all need to close that company and go for Customer service training for 3months then open when you ready to serve.I will never recommend webafrica to my family and friends like I used to do.I am so disappointed with your service guys it's pathetic and disgusting.
