Poor customer support

I have yet another issue with these guys,they couldn't price match in November so they gave me reduced rate which was ok as it beats the Hassle of making the switch..in December they emailed me stating there will be price increas in Feb..in Jan I contacted support to ask why is there an increase as I just told them I cannot afford the premium which is why I price matched.. support advised me I do not need to worry as that's not for me..in Feb they decided to increase the price..I contacted support 8am.. explained my situation,they cut me off after 2.5 hrs... transferred to another person..re explained my situation,they cut me off after 1.5 hrs.. transferred to another person, *Nompumelelo M. Is the support this time and she wants me to explain the full situation again..how frustrating is that,she refuses to transfer me to the previous support or even ask management to contact me. ..is now going 5hrs with webafrica..I hope this reaches out to webafrica to up there game..
