Poor customer services by Webafrica

Webafrica is my fibre service provider. Their customer services is pathetic. I had very bad customer experience since becoming their client. They never inform me of outages on their network, they take very long to respond to complaints, they always misdiagnosis my problem, they never have an immediate solution and most of the time the fault is resolved after 12 - 24 hours. The result is that I had to endure long hours not being connected to the internet. I advise any not to use Webafrica for fibre services
