Poor customer service- Webafrica

I live in George, Western Cape and have a monthly fibre contract with Webafrica - I pay R 679 per month for a 60/30 package. In June and July of this year, I had very poor connectivity and contacted Webafrica to report the issue. I often had speeds of 3 and 4 download- sometimes no connectivity at all. The W/A platform agents kept opening a fault case. I got messages and emails from Webafrica to inform me that the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. After no improvement days later, I would contact them again only to be told the issue had been resolved and the fault closed. Over the course of the next two months, I spent hours communicating and complaining that I still had very poor connectivity, the agents kept opening new faults and I spent hours with their agents who then asked me to run a series of tests while they prompted me. All to no avail. Eventually Frogfoot ( the ISP) came out to tart their side and showed me their speeds of 60/30, so the problem was on Webafrica’s side. They went through their reports to Webafrica. After still having no improvement days later, I again contacted Webafrica who advised that the fault had been sorted and closed. When I advised them that I still have terrible connectivity, and the fault is not sorted I again had to sit for hours doing speed laptop tests , and agin they opened a fault. The connectivity issue has finally been resolved. When I request credit on my account , as I was paying for a 60/30 package and was only getting speeds of 4, sometimes 12 , some times no connectivity- I was advised that the finance department declined my request due to my data usage ?? I believe their service has been atrocious, I feel as though I have been **********, and Webafrica, in terms of our contract had a legal obligation to supply me with 60/30 speeds which they did not - and they expect me to still pay them for 60/30. Thank you for allowing me to vent my two month frustration on your platform. Kind regards Andre van Breda
