Poor customer service, unprofessionalism

From when I ordered their service the customer service was not up to standard .I had to keep calling them for me to finally get my router after 10 days . When I received it they had not activated my services I waited for days I had to keep calling.now that my service is on they don't use debit order as agreed they just suspended my service with no warning .mind you their payment getaway does not work so they had to send me banking details to do an EFT ,after I had contacted them . So unprofessional,the customer service is very bad ,I didn't expect this from them.
