Poor customer service from SFiso Maphanga at WebAfrica

Extremely poor customer service by SFiso Maphanga at WebAfrica. I am extremely dissatisfied with how my query was handled. Does not listen to me as a customer and just forces down "technical protocol" down my throat. Webafrica needs to work on handling their customer service agents delivery and practice more empathy instead of "protocol" when customers do not meet their basic requirements. Expecting customers to fork out "out of pocket" expenses in order to meet their minimum "requirements".

I would NOT recommend WebAfricas after care service to anyone.
