Poor customer service

The most pathetic customer service! My istallation wat done on 04th February and the waiting period for activation was up to 48 hours. Today i tried calling and whatsapp with no avail. The whatsapp agent was pathetic and just disappeared without assisting me. I wish i had not signed up with your company.
