Poor customer service

I have been with them for almost a year. As I now wanted to cancel at the beginning of the month the cancel option did not work on there website. I then tried moving service option and it also did not work. Now due to the delay on their side. They want me to carry the cost of an additional month for the services I will not be using as they are stating that I did not try and cancel before.
