Poor Customer Service

Fibre is live in my area. WebAfrica says it isn't and its Frogfoots issue. On Frogfoot it is live on their site. My neighbour was sorted out cause the agent went the extra mile. He is now getting fibre, while I must wait. I just moved to Vox so you have lost a customer due to your poor customer service. Agent that helped me was Firdose.
