Poor Customer Service Cancellation

I have been trying the entire afternoon to cancell 1 of my Webafrica fibre connection. Cannot cancel from my WebAfrica profile. Web chat and Whatsapp chat bot don't work. There is no option for cancellation. When you do get through to an agent on one of the above You get bounced around to 3 different departments. I have been on the chatbot for 2 hours and went from 1 agent to the other and referred to retentions department. After 1 hour they still have not responded. It seems like it is impossible to cancel your service.
