Poor customer service and non existent call centre

Webafrica must be one of the worst Internet Service Providers in the country, with the most pathetic call centre which on a good day you could hold on for an hour before your call is answered. Poor pathetic customer service you constantly have to call for double billing, your line being disconnected after your payment has been made. My advice to anyone considering fibre run as far away from web africa as possible the poorest customer service ever.
