Poor customer service and bad attitude

I was querying my account then there was this girl with the name of Nompumelelo who helped me, there was some confusion about the amount I paid last month and the amount that I am supposed to pay this month

So because I didn’t understand what it is that she was telling me she ended up writing to me in capital letters and I asked her is there a reason why she would write to me in capital letters she said because I keep on telling you the same thing and you still don’t understand me and now there is a dialogue. I asked her if that is how she is talking to her customers and I told her I still don’t understand what you are telling me she said look at the screenshot I’ve sent you that is what you need to pay

I then went back to her and told her it’s fine I’ll pay the amount but I want to talk to her superior she said unfortunately that’s not possible when I asked why she said because they don’t have contact details. This girl is very rude and don’t know how to talk to people, they should teach her how to engage with their customers
