Poor Customer Service and A **** Service Provider

If I could rate 0 stars I would because this is the worst service ever from a service provider.

Your services are extremely poor how does one of your agent****anda) log a call for a possible fibre fault and 3 days later "I am affected by an outage" that's the response from the ticket she logged. Few houses not so far from me who uses the same service provider has internet access until now what is really going on?
