If possible, I would rate you zero. The service is pathetic and when you call customer care for assistance, they give you runarounds with no straight answers! I had my router installed over a week now and I am still waiting for username and password from these guys as they had promised once router is activated, we will receive an SMS with the username and password but nothing still. I regret choosing this product.
