Poor customer service

Poor service from this company, I was incorrectly billed on the 2nd of January 2024 because of their system that had a technical glitch and it's been a hustle to get it resolved, been transferred to 1 agent to another through the live chat platform. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
