Poor Customer Service

Requested upgrade online and account yesterday from 20/10 to 40/20 instead the internet service stopped and has been offline since yesterday. The service is poor to say the least. WhatsApp support line is a complete sham as well. How can your internet service be cut when requesting an upgrade? Then afterwards it's impossible to get any assistance. I would like to steer away from the word pathetic but it sure is difficult not to state that your customer service at present is pathetic.
