Poor customer service

Firstly, their website billing options are too limited. You add a card for payment and keeps giving an error. No option of EFT or other payments. My debit order went off but my line remained suspended for over 24hrs. WhatsApp support is pathetic! You make a voice call to them, after waiting on the line for over 60minutes still no answer. You dial sales, call gets picked in a second but technical and billing you get ghosted.

I'm a very patient and understanding person but this is way too much!
