Poor customer service

Web africa is one of the worst ISP in the country...ive been disconnected for the last 4 days and no one can help me...I keep on getting transferred from agent to agent and they seems to be no one that can reconnect my line. And the sad part is you trapped for 12 months before you can change to a different ISP
