Poor customer service

Im fairly new new to WebAfrica,

im already regretting why i chose them. just spoke to one of the rudest agents who shouted at me and hung up the phone and asked me why did you you sign up??

its so disappointing to deal with this kind of service. backward and unproffesional.

a debit order went off today, and i had arraged for the 25th, i was unaware it would and my router was delivered at 12h00.

found out this morning. like im over it already
