Poor customer service

I have a problem with topping up. No sweat, things like this happen But the problem is that the phone lines don't work. When they come back online agent after agent is not able to find the problem or fix it. I am left hanging, the call gets cut off, online chats are either not answered or no answers are given. Facebook message was only answered after 4 hours
