POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My ref number ISP-592826 I am deeply disappointed in the service I have received from Webafrica. I app**** for a fibre line yesterday, they have installed and received my payment already but I am not able to use my newly installed fibre line because numerous agents have failed to assist regarding the activation, namely Zubair, Rabia and Fayruz. I was told that it is a "maintenance issue", which is a very vague excuse. I would not recommend Webafrica to anyone!
