Poor Customer Relations and Service

Absolutely no customer service, Took a month for someone to eventually respond to my whatsapp. Then I have to chat to Salathiwe, who has absolutely no customer relations courtesy at all. Cannot give me an explanatory answer as to why my emails are reverted back unanswered. Why they are attempting to deduct funds ********ly from my account. Not the service the way they are advertising.
